2. Description of Service

Cardy is a digital business card application that allows you to:

• Create and manage digital business cards
• Generate QR codes for easy sharing
• Scan physical business cards using AI-powered OCR
• Store and organize contacts
• Share your professional information via web profiles

3. Account Registration

To use Cardy, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Cardy offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features including 1 business card and 3 AI scans
• Premium Plan: Unlimited cards, unlimited AI scans, and additional features

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Subscription terms, including auto-renewal and cancellation, are governed by the respective store's policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Cardy. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or harmful content
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or collect data from other users
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Cardy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Cardy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
